Mein Anliegen ist es, einen bequemen Hochstuhl zu bauen.

First, I wanted a comfortable stool, one you could
spend time in without feeling like you need to get up.
The curved legs give the stool an animal-like energy.
Using hand tools there is a friendly speed of process to
my work. When changes come up working in this
manner, I must really put my self into it

I love working with hand tools. It's quiet and very efficient.
There is a deep communication with your work and with the wood, which has a positive influence on your design.

With hand tools you can feel the structure of the wood
and reach an understanding of how to work it
and how to adapt to it, As a result, no piece is like another.
